Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring Homemakers, Personal Care assistants (PCs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide quality care to seniors in the Southwick, Massachusetts area.
About the role
Immediate openings with weekday shifts available, including daytime and overnight positions. Flexible scheduling throughout the week with 8 to 12 hour shifts. Competitive pay and meaningful work helping seniors remain safe and independent at home. Build meaningful relationships with clients and receive support from a dedicated, caring office team.
Pay
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications. Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days (must work at least 20 hours per week with no unexcused absences during the first 90 days).

Responsibilities
Caregivers provide personalized support based on each client's individual needs. Responsibilities may include:
- Personal care assistance
- Companionship
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Transportation and errands when needed
- Helping seniors remain safe and independent at home
Requirements
