Turn Team Member

About the role

Student housing turns typically last 10-21 days, where hundreds of students are moving out of a single community just days before a fresh crop is moving back in. Each day you will be assigned a list of areas or units that needs some level of attention.

Responsibilities

• Furniture Installation – unloading, delivering, installing, and cleaning up furniture, which may require lifting 50 pounds or more and operating smaller tools like allen wrenches
• Groundskeeping - property beautification, including picking up trash, landscaping, walking hallways and common areas, emptying trash bins, etc.
• Housekeeping - cleaning services, including sweeping and mopping floors, wiping down common areas and fitness equipment, cleaning offices and bathrooms, floor treatments, or shampooing carpets
• Move-in Day Assistance – helping residents move in, interacting directly with customers, and reporting any incidences or complaints to the Community Manager
• Maintenance Assistance – helping the maintenance team with punch lists, minor repairs, major repairs, painting touch up, preventative maintenance projects, or other projects where an extra hand is needed
