About the role

Four Seasons Boston is seeking a Turndown Attendant to join their dynamic Rooms Team. The role involves ensuring all guest rooms are clean and refreshed in the early evening, preparing them for the guest to sleep in. This position requires an eye for detail and flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Anticipate and customize guest needs before they are requested.
  • Service guest rooms to ensure they are clean and ready for the next day.
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities to assist guests effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with the Rooms Team to provide a seamless guest experience.
  • Adapt to a 24/7 operation model, working flexible hours as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
  • Able to stay on your feet throughout the shift and navigate service areas efficiently.
  • Flexible schedule with availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

  • Knowledgeable about hotel offerings and amenities.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to anticipate and meet guest needs.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
