About the Role

We are currently seeking an entry-level Turkish Speaking Personal Injury Legal Assistant to join our Manhattan, New York office and provide clerical and administrative support to our team there. This position will be full-time in our NYC office.

Responsibilities

• File, organize and draft legal documents using Smart Advocate and Microsoft Office Suite
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning documents, mailing documents, and filing
• Answer phone calls and handle inquiries from clients and vendors
• Maintain calendar and schedule for your assigned attorney
• Prepare various correspondence including letters to clients, insurance companies, defendants/trusts, etc.
• Prepare and respond to discovery requests

Requirements

• Fluency speaking Turkish
• Experience using Microsoft Office
• 2+ years experience working at a law firm or in an administrative support role

Pay

$20.00-$22.00 per hour
