Shift Details

SCHEDULE: Sunday through Thursday, 6:00pm-4:00am
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.80 with potential increase to $19.15 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job Functions

• Handling animals with proper care when moving/loading and following animal handling guidelines.
• Following all biosecurity practices and SOPs as they relate to the position.
• Ensuring all equipment and boots are disinfected after every flock.
• Being responsible for leaving the barn in the same condition it was prior to arrival.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to work alongside a team and be timely and a self-starter.
• Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail.
