We're seeking individuals with education or experience in turfgrass management, horticulture, agronomy, plant sciences, landscaping, or related fields who enjoy diagnosing problems, building customer relationships, and improving outdoor environments. This position combines hands-on field work, plant health diagnostics, customer consultation, and treatment planning. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, helping them solve turf, tree, and shrub issues while developing customized treatment recommendations. Depending on your experience, certifications, education, and industry knowledge, compensation is flexible and may exceed our standard technician pay structure.
