What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop crew leaders and maintenance teams
- Manage daily operations for landscape and turf maintenance services
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor
- Monitor division profitability, budgets, labor costs, and production metrics
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, equipment utilization, and fleet management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Support employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial landscape maintenance, turf management, or grounds maintenance leadership
- Proven experience managing field operations and multiple crews
- Strong leadership, team-building, and employee development skills
- Experience with budgeting, production goals, and profit-and-loss management
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Turfgrass Management, Horticulture, Agronomy, Landscape Management, Business, or related field
- Industry certifications such as:
- Landscape Industry Certified
- Certified Turfgrass Professional
- Licensed Applicator
- Irrigation Certification
- Experience with commercial landscape software and operational management systems
