Over the past few decades, M&D has expanded its offerings to include exclusive partnerships with major OEMs and manufacturers such as Bosch, Garrett, Federal Mogul, Cummins, Stanadyne, Holset, BorgWarner, Delphi, Yanmar, Mitsubishi, and Denso. These partnerships have enabled M&D to offer a comprehensive range of parts, including new and remanufactured turbochargers, fuel injectors, and aftertreatment systems.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate products to manufacturer specifications using OEM test equipment.
• Clean parts.
• Operate bead blasters and paint guns/equipment.
• Maintain test equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• High attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanically inclined with a desire to learn.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Foster good coworker citizenship.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to repeat motions.
• Ability to kneel, squat, and bend.
• Ability to lift arms at or above shoulder level.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Shop environment with exposure to dirt, dust, and loud noise.
