Tunica_Shift Supervisors and Managers

• Constantly responsible for monitoring team members ensuring assignments are properly carried out.
• Conduct on-going training of departmental equipment and supplies.
• Constantly responsible for walk-throughs, quality audits and inspections of all kitchen and service areas.
• Assists in maintaining all equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
• Constantly communicates with all employees, completes paperwork consisting of records and miscellaneous matters.
• Communicates to employees' policies, procedures, standards and expectations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3-years prior supervisory experience consisting of business management, record keeping, purchasing basics, knowledge of kitchens and dish machines, inventory control, fire safety and chemical awareness programs.

Schedule: Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal schedule and or business hours.
