Tug Dispatch Lead (A3, 3rd Shift)

About the Role

DHL Express is seeking a Tug Dispatch Lead to establish, execute, and train on policies and procedures that manage the physical movement of inbound or outbound cargo within, into, and out of our hubs. This role ensures the entire process meets customer and internal requirements while maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Train employees who process packages and freight within the hub
• Issue documents verifying the training process to applicable departments
• Ensure training meets company standards for each department during package/freight processing
• Work closely with new hires and track the progress of each employee’s training
• Multi-task and direct multiple employees effectively

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of Tug Dispatch operations experience
• Experience with training employees (preferred)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance
• Flexible shift availability
