What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate pipe and tube bending equipment to produce parts to specification
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Select tooling and make adjustments to ensure accurate bends and quality output
- Measure and inspect parts using tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot equipment or tooling issues and communicate with team members as needed
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve processes
- Maintain equipment and follow preventive maintenance guidelines
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe following 5S and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in metal fabrication, machining, or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements
- Basic math skills, including fractions and measurements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment and processes
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Experience with tube/pipe bending or similar equipment
- Familiarity with CNC or automated machinery
- Experience working with thin-wall materials or tight-radius bends

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and work in a manufacturing environment
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs
- Ability to use hands, tools, and equipment throughout the shift
Work Schedule
1st Shift – Flexible Schedules Available!
- Monday through Friday, eight-hour days
- Monday through Thursday, ten-hour days
