Key Responsibilities
- Supports upstream manufacturing and associated laboratory models.
- Understands the purpose and capability of each upstream unit operation and the impact of equipment on the process.
- Understands molecule-specific control strategies and basis of specifications and critical quality attributes.
- Works with network and development organizations to ensure well-understood, robust, and fit-for-purpose laboratory models are developed and transferred.
- Utilizes process monitoring tools to support data-driven decisions to ensure process consistency and robustness.
- Understands and engages with statisticians on data analysis.
- Supports process improvement initiatives and their implementation.
- Authors scientific reports and technical documentation.
- Ensures compliance with safety, compliance, and regulatory expectations.
Basic Requirements
- BSc in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience within the biopharmaceutical industry.

- MSc in Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related discipline.

Work Environment
This is an 8-hour day role. As a manufacturing support function, the need for occasional evening or weekend support can arise.
