TSLOTS Operator Level 1 (Sunday - Wednesday)

Reports to: Department Manager with direction from Team Captain

Schedule

Sunday through Wednesday, 6 am – 4 pm (some overtime required)

Pay

Starting wage: $17/hr

Responsibilities

• Operating various types of machinery including (but not limited to):
  • Brake presses
  • Drill presses
  • Small mill
  • Large mill
  • Cut to Length
• Punch and I.D, 7.0 to 7.5 ton presses
• Inspect material before and after fabricating to check for quality
• Moving material to and from Warehouse
• Maintaining all specified tolerances per instructions
• Inspiring others to work efficiently, defuse conflict, and make good decisions

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. repetitively during shift
• Ability to push and/or pull materials using rolling carts
• Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide whole numbers)
• Maintain excellent attendance
• Ability to work with little to no supervision
• Able to work overtime, as needed
• High School Diploma/GED preferred
• Pass company background and drug screening
