TS/SCI CIP Cleared Elastic SIEM Analyst

About the role

Our client, a leading software development company, is seeking a Secret Cleared Elastic Engineer for an initial 5‑month contract (with the possibility of extension) to work onsite in Reston, VA. The consultant will support a recovery, optimization, and expansion engagement aimed at stabilizing and cleaning up a struggling platform, improving its security posture, and laying the groundwork for a future SIEM Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• Active DoD TS/SCI with CIP level clearance
• Experience normalizing data feeds to Elastic Common Schema (ECS) standards
• Experience conducting ongoing risk assessments across participating agencies
• Experience establishing automated ingest pipelines
• Ability to work onsite in Reston or Chantilly, VA

Schedule

Onsite, 5 days a week, approximately 32–40 hours per week.

Pay

Hourly rate range: $103.50 – $149.50 per hour (actual compensation based on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity).
