Key Responsibilities
- Design packaging graphics for product lines, inserts, and supporting collateral
- Develop visual concepts for new brands and product launches
- Explore multiple design directions and refine concepts
- Create cutting edge AI designs to visualize final packaging outcomes
- Translate approved concepts into structured layouts for production handoff
- Ensure consistency between concept design and final execution
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align packaging with brand and digital initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in brand, packaging, or marketing design
- Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, composition)
- Proven ability to develop original, high-quality design concepts
- Tools & Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency), AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Design, Gemini, etc.), Strong understanding of packaging layout systems
