A top mid-size Chicago-based law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Associate to join its established trusts and estates practice.The ideal candidate will have significant experience (4+ years) advising high-net-worth individuals, families, closely held businesses, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning, tax planning, wealth transfer, trust administration, and related matters. Responsibilities Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth transfer, tax planning, and trust and estate matters.Draft and review wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, family wealth transfer documents, and related estate planning instruments.Counsel high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on complex planning strategies.Assist with trust administration, estate administration, and fiduciary-related matters as needed.Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to serve closely held businesses, family offices, and multigenerational client relationships.Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, thoughtful, and sophisticated advice.
