About the role

Help set and review the strategic direction of the organisation.
Ensure the charity is well governed, financially responsible and compliant with its legal and charitable responsibilities.
Use your skills, insight and experience to contribute to board discussions and decision-making.
Support the senior team to identify opportunities, manage risks and strengthen services.
Champion the needs of the people and communities we support.
Act as an ambassador for Cygnus Support and its values.

Fundraising and income generation
Charity governance & secretarial support
Commissioning
Marketing
Online service delivery
Volunteer engagement and support
Health and wellbeing services, including lived experience, service delivery or service-user insight
