Role Summary
As the Funder Development Manager, you will play a central role in shaping this network. You will support the development and communication of a compelling value proposition, build acquisition pipelines, nurture existing funders, and curate a meaningful programme of engagements that deepen alignment with our mission. Success in this role relies as much on emotional intelligence as on fundraising expertise. You will bring warmth, presence, and a personable communication style able to build trust quickly with people from a wide range of backgrounds, from donors to senior philanthropists. You will navigate conversations around values, faith, impact and community with confidence and respect, creating a strong sense of connection within our network.

Salary: Band C1 to C2 (Senior Manager) £40,000 to £48,000 based on experience
Reporting to: Executive Director
Location: Hybrid with regular in-person meetings and events in London and occasionally across the UK
Contract: Permanent – Full-time
Start date: Immediate
