Trusted Cleaners Wanted | Various Locations Western Melbourne

About the Role

As a Cleaner with Menzies, you will play an important role in maintaining safe, clean and hygienic facilities for Victoria Police personnel and visitors across a wide range of locations in West Melbourne (e.g. Sunshine, Werribee, Melton, Footscray, Deer Park, Caroline Springs) and regional Victoria.

Responsibilities

• General commercial cleaning
• Vacuuming, mopping and floor care
• Cleaning offices, amenities and common areas
• Waste removal and recycling
• Sanitisation and infection control cleaning
• Maintaining presentation standards and site cleanliness

Schedule

• Weekday day shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm
• Weekend shifts
• Public holiday shifts
• Flexible part-time schedules
• Additional hours available across multiple nearby sites

Most positions are permanent part-time, with rostered hours across one or more locations within your local area. Full-time opportunities are also available for those willing to work across multiple Victoria Police stations within their region.

Requirements

• Reliable and punctual
• Customer focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of undertaking cleaning duties
• Committed to high standards of service
• Available to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays as required
• Able to complete contract-specific security clearance

Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not essential. A current driver's license and reliable transport will be highly regarded, particularly for employees working across multiple locations.
