Trust Specialist - Salt Lake City (In Office)

About the role

The Trust Specialist position is part of Zions Bancorporation's Corporate Trust Operations group based in downtown Salt Lake City. The role focuses on supporting Municipal Bonds and acting as the transfer agent for Stock issues.

Responsibilities

• Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit.
• Conducts data entry functions, verifies and performs quality checks on data to ensure accuracy.
• Prepares control activities, records, statistics, and reports regarding operations.
• Assists clients with stock transfer requests and processes dividend payments.
• Works with bankers, brokers, and their systems as required.
• Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to trust operating functions.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some banking, trust, or office-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking, trust operations, or general office processes and functions.
• General knowledge of trust products.
• Good customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to work with both internal and external clients.
• Accuracy with good attention to detail.
• Strong data entry, research, and organizational skills.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications
