Trust & Safety Product Manager - Payments - Vice President

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager in Trust and Safety, where you will shape the future of product innovation, drive customer value, and lead the end-to-end product life cycle. Your work will focus on human and agentic identity, defining and delivering Trust and Safety capabilities to establish, verify, and protect identity across our products and experiences. You will collaborate with Data Science, Data Engineering, and Software Engineering to design and build leading-edge detection and risk systems, translating complex risk signals and technical constraints into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes. Additionally, you will partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to implement scalable, practical solutions that reduce risk while maintaining strong client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Build the framework and track the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to design and build detection and risk systems.
• Translate complex risk signals and technical constraints into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients to implement solutions in real-world workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
