Overall Responsibilities
You will develop and execute strategy and testing efforts to identify and mitigate AI challenges across a variety of products, in particular when it comes to the impartiality and objectivity of Generative AI outputs.
You will be part of a highly motivated, collaborative team, working with groups across the company to analyze how products impact users and broader society, and leveraging data to provide solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional partner teams across (Product, Legal, UX, Testing, Operations, Research, and Engineering teams), and help solve challenging problems to ensure user trust in our products.
Top Daily Responsibilities
- Help AI products navigate sensitive content risks, including by providing subject matter expertise, developing evaluation methods and programs, and advising on mitigations.
- Serve as subject matter expert during relevant escalations and incidents, providing guidance and working with response teams to ensure rapid and effective resolution.
- Drive the development strategies to support best-in-class handling of sensitive content by generative AI models.
- Develop, support the implementation, and analyze the effectiveness of evaluation programs.
- Prepare written reports outlining user impact issues, abuse vectors, and trends, and effectively communicate findings to product and company leadership.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-8 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, business strategy, or related fields.
