Job Description
The Collateralized Debt Obligation (CDO) and Global Structured Finance (GSF) groups within U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services provide trustee, agency, escrow, document custody, and money market issuing services. Key responsibilities include:
- Read and interpret trust indentures with regard to reporting requirements.
- Create technical report specifications from indenture language.
- Set up payment calculations in various in-house systems.
- Receive, map, and reconcile periodic collateral data.
- Make tax elections, file for EIN’s, and track residual holder transfers (when required).
- Perform portfolio compliance tests on selected structured fixed income deals (trade testing).
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual payment and/or tax reports.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure correct payments are received and made.
- Perform quality control reviews of reports, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Frequent interaction with asset managers, investors, auditors, and rating agencies.
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay Range
$98,345.00 - $115,700.00
