Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track corporate action elections.
- Maintain DDA accounts for incoming and outgoing activity.
- Complete daily bank deposit/sweep reconciliation and wire processing.
- Ensure transactions are processed according to policies and procedures.
- Process a variety of cash transactions, including receipts and disbursements.
- Submit requests daily to the trust company outsourcing partners via forms, online requests, e-mail, or phone calls.
- Interact with outsourcing partners to follow up on requests and resolve any issues.
- Distribute daily reports.
- Add financial advisor access to the online system.
- Scan, image, and index documents into document retention software.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- The ability to create and maintain spreadsheets.
- Effective communication skills (written and verbal), including telephone and office etiquette.
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Problem-solving skills, both traditional and creative.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1+ years of related experience in financial services.
- No licenses or credentials required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
