Participating Positions
- Participates in the Trust Investment and Strategy Committee.
- Maintains compliance with investment policies and reports results to Supervisor. Also recommends and develops changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OCC, streamlining, efficiency and effectiveness thereof.
- Administers the portfolio management program (Invest Edge).
- Administers the performance measurement program (Investment Scorecard).
Requirements
- Strong quantitative and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task are required.
- Proficient computer skills to include; Microsoft Office and PC software applications (i.e. Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Must be confident, highly motivated and team oriented.
- Strong support for management.
- Must be extremely detailed and accurate in completing tasks.
- Personable and courteous when working with all levels and various functional areas.
- Comply with all Information Security and Cybersecurity related policies and procedures.
- Must display high levels of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
- Bachelor's/Associate's Degree in a related field required.
- Willingness to obtain the CFA designation, Trust Investment School, or other recognized professional credential (including CFP).
- Must also have at least one year in a client interfacing position, possessing relationship management skills and experience.
- Willing to learn about global economics and capital markets, as well as statistical analysis preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months previous office/bank experience.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of financial products and services.
- Must be detail orientated.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must display honesty and professionalism at all times.
- Comply with all Information Security and Cybersecurity related policy and procedure.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months experience in a retail, administrative or a financial institution with emphasis on customer service and sales desirable.
- 6+ month cash handling experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
