General Job Summary
Direct the investment needs and goals of assigned investment management and trust accounts.
Organizational Duties And Responsibilities
- Supports the mission, vision and philosophy of the Bank.
- Complies willingly with all organizational policies and procedures.
- Sustains compliance with regulatory agencies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Participates in asset allocation of assigned customer portfolios.
- Evaluates alternative investments.
- Responsible for investment management of assigned accounts, monitoring and review.
- Member of the Trust Investment Committee.
- Participates in security selection process.
- Communicates investment results to clients.
- Responsible for new business development calls.
- Participates in developing new and additional business among existing trust clients.
Working Conditions
- Springdale – office setting with some travel to off-site locations required.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Education: BS/BA in business finance or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in investments.
Specific Skills
- Proven ability to successfully interact with clients.
- Proven business development skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent communication skills.
Specialized
- Broad knowledge of the equity and fixed income markets.
- CFP or CFA designation preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility
- May be responsible for supervising Administrative Assistant.
Physical Requirements
- Primarily sedentary work performed in an office environment.
- Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment.
- Visual acuity sufficient to read computer screens, printed documents, and financial data.
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10–15 pounds occasionally (e.g., files, office supplies).
