About the role
As an Estate Professional, you will support a team of Estate Officers and Administrators in the management of fiduciary accounts. Under their supervision, you will assist in the daily management of estate and terminating trust accounts in accordance with the Bank's fiduciary responsibilities as trustee and executor. You will perform diverse administrative functions requiring confidentiality, initiative, thoughtfulness, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Client Engagement – Provide exceptional client service by performing client callbacks, collecting client documentation, and responding to client inquiries and requests.
- Risk & Controls – Adhere to and maintain the firm's controls policies and procedures, protecting client assets against fraud.
- Estate Administration – Partner with Estate Officers and Estate Administrators in all aspects of estate administration, including approval of transaction processing and preparation of trust, estate, and financial-specific documents. Understand the estate disposition process and proactively engage in Estate Professional responsibilities.
- Partnership – Effectively collaborate with respective client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver and execute client transactions.

- Experience and Education
- Prior wealth management and trust or estate management experience preferred
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
