About the role

Absolutely thrilled to be working with some of the nation's best clients while enjoying a healthy work-life balance! As a Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney, you'll be working with high-net-worth individuals, Bay Area professionals, and tech executives. Your responsibilities will involve litigating matters involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, guardianships, and elder abuse in California courts. With a J.D. from an accredited law school or similar, you should have 2-5+ years of Trusts & Estates Litigation experience and be in good standing with the CA Bar.

Responsibilities

• Litigate matters involving trusts, estates, conservatorships, guardianships, and elder abuse
• Significant experience litigating probate and trust disputes in California courts

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school or similar
• 2-5+ Years of Trusts & Estates Litigation experience
• Significant experience litigating probate and trust disputes in California courts
• CA Bar in good standing
