Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-established wealth management company in North Scottsdale in search of a Trust & Estate Paralegal for a full-time, onsite contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional with experience supporting trust and estate planning matters in a sophisticated client service environment. The Trust & Estate Paralegal will support attorneys, advisors, and internal stakeholders with estate planning and trust administration matters, while helping ensure a seamless and high-touch experience for clients. Location: North Scottsdale, ArizonaSchedule: Full-time, onsiteEmployment Type: Contract-to-hireCompensation: $35-$40/hour during contract period; $80,000-$85,000 upon conversion Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, revise, and organize estate planning documents, including revocable trusts, powers of attorney (POA), wills, amendments, certifications of trust, and related documentsAssist with trust funding and asset transfer documentationMaintain and track client estate planning files, deadlines, and follow-up itemsCoordinate execution of estate planning documents, including notarization and witness requirementsPrepare correspondence and communicate with clients, trustees, financial advisors, and outside counsel as neededReview documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standardsSupport trust administration matters, including collection of asset information, beneficiary communications, and preparation of required documentationAssist with probate and post-death administration documentation, if applicableManage sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism and discretionPartner closely with wealth advisors and legal professionals to support client estate planning objectives Qualifications3+ years of paralegal experience in trusts and estates, estate planning, or trust administrationStrong working knowledge of revocable trusts, powers of attorney, wills, and related estate planning documentsExperience supporting high-net-worth individuals and families is highly preferredFamiliarity with Arizona estate planning and probate procedures is a plusStrong drafting, proofreading, and document management skillsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentProfessional communication skills with a client-service mindsetParalegal certificate or equivalent legal support experience preferredPreferred BackgroundExperience within a law firm, family office, private wealth, or wealth management environmentExposure to trust funding, estate administration, and probate processesComfort working in a polished, professional, client-facing settingProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal/document management systemsWhy This RoleOpportunity to join a respected wealth management organization with a collaborative team environmentLong-term potential through a contract-to-hire structureCompetitive compensation with conversion salary of $80,000-$85,000 Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
