Responsibilities
- Review and administer a portfolio of fiduciary accounts in accordance with the governing documents
- Manage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular client contact (including attending with clients and potential clients as appropriate), and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall client experience
- Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters
- Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking operative updates and appropriately documenting exceptions
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of trust administration experience, OR Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Demonstrated ability to administer complex fiduciary accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications
Preferred Skills
- CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation
