Trust Administrator

About the role
Alliance Trust Company of Nevada is seeking a full-time hybrid Trust Administrator to join the Trust Administration department. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of direct trust administration experience or 4+ years in estate planning or probate administration.
Job Summary
Supports the Trust Officer in the administration of trust and agency relationships, including personal trusts, probate estates, guardianships, investment advisory accounts, and custody accounts. Provides administrative and operational support in trust administration, including processing transactions, completing administrative account reviews, maintaining account records, and assisting with client communications.
Responsibilities
- Aid the Trust Officer in coordinating and executing fiduciary and administrative services reflecting exceptional service to clients.
- Administer multi-generational and other fiduciary accounts, often with discretionary distributions, multiple beneficiaries, and related administrative complexity, while following internal risk-management procedures and demonstrating sound judgment and expertise.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Trust Officer in communications with clients and clients' advisors, with professionalism, empathy, and responsiveness.
- Aid with compliance-related tasks such as reviewing requests for accuracy, completeness, and required approvals, maintaining required documentation, conducting identification and background-check processes, and following established submission procedures with integrity.
- Review and maintain organized electronic and physical account files in accordance with recordkeeping requirements and documentation standards.
- Assist with processing distributions, fee payments, and other account activity in accordance with approved procedures and service standards.
- Prepare materials for account reviews, committee review, audits, and other internal reporting needs to promote accuracy, transparency, and expertise.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in support of clients and the Company's fiduciary mission.

Required
- Minimum of one year of client service or administrative support experience, preferably in financial services, legal services, accounting, or another professional-services environment.
- Experience working effectively in a team environment.
Education
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field preferred.
