Responsibilities
- Delegate assignments to subordinates
- Analyze organizational data
- Participate in discovery of new business opportunities
- Perform administrative reviews
- Implement strategic policies to achieve results
- Establish and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, work plans, and performance requirements
- Respond to inquiries from management, auditors, and bank examiners
- Train and develop trust administrators to confirm familiarity with accounts, processes, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Working knowledge of all types of fiduciary relationships, particularly special needs trusts
- Persuasive relationship management skills
- Leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra
- Minimum of 1 year of service in current role (unless approved by EVP)

- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with trust administration software
