Truss Builder - 1st shift KARNS Mon-Fri Schedule WE WILL TRAIN

About the role

Assembles trusses according to specifications received from the Engineering Department. This is a 1st shift position.

Responsibilities

• Complete projects as assigned by supervisor in a timely manner to meet the manufacturing schedule.
• Ensure plates are in proper position and finished orders are properly banded.
• Ensure bundles are correctly and adequately marked with the job name and job number.
• Maintain equipment and work area in an orderly fashion.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, understand, and follow directions.
• Communicate with other employees and supervisors using verbal and written skills.
• Knowledge of hand tools and small power tools.
• Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Knowledge of wood products.
• Hardworking team player with a great attitude.

Pay

$16.00 per hour.
