Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor robotic truss-building equipment
- Ensure precise placement of materials
- Perform quality checks
- Follow safety protocols
- Absorb assistance with assembly tasks such as metal reinforcement and joint connections
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with hand/power tools
- Basic understanding of automated or robotic systems
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Basic math skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort working at heights
