Truss Assembler

Responsibilities

• Stage precut material and screws for assembly
• Set up jig and position precut material by hand for precise placement
• Connect all joints by sinking screws with a handheld screw gun and/or screw gantry
• Label, band, and stand finished trusses upright
• Operate a band saw to cut material to specifications
• Catch, stack, and label cut material

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16 of an inch
• Experience in carpentry, framing, and/or manufacturing
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Positive attitude and desire to work in a team-oriented environment
• Reliable and consistent attendance
