The True North Residential Specialist is responsible for providing support and guidance to residents in residential settings.
Responsibilities
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Maintaining a safe and healthy living environment
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure resident care
- Documenting resident interactions and progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or behavioral health issues
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
