Job Requirements
- Must know basic math to set up and operate machines accurately, measure and problem solve.
- Ability to manually move product and materials up to 50 lbs. through regular heavy physical exertion, including but not limited to lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling and bending.
- Using the overhead hoists requires ability to push and pull up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand and work on concrete for several hours at a time.
- Ability to work in a variety of positions, including kneeling, crouching, bending, twisting, turning and climbing.
- Ability to read job specifications to determine material layouts, machine adjustments, complicated instructions, blueprints and measuring devices.
- Ability to perform basic computer data entry.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics, PTO, frames, pumps, electrical controls and wiring.
- Able to work in a team environment to identify and determine effective counter measures, attend and participate in required company meetings.
- Able to attain and maintain production efficiencies and quality standards.
- Must work in a safe manner, including following safety procedures, including wearing personal protection equipment noted above, completing maintenance requests, and communicating hazards to co-workers and management.
- Must be a team player that works with other departments or facilities to meet company goals.
- Must be detail oriented, energetic and goal driven.
Additional Job Information
- Wage Expectations: $19.00 to $25.00 per hour
- Pay: This is a non-exempt, hourly position and employees are paid on a bi-weekly basis
- Typical Schedule: Four (4) Ten (10) hour days M-F, Overtime may be available on your 5th day of the week and/or Saturdays
- Location: On Site - 52182 Ember Road, Lake Crystal MN 56055
- Travel: Very minimal to none
