Title: Truck Unloader Location: Everett, MA Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday through Thursday 10:30am - 7:00pm; 9:30am - 6pm Friday Compensation: Starting Pay Rate: $22.00/hr; Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00/hr Objective The Truck Unloader is responsible for unloading and cleaning the trailers that return from their routes so they are cleaned and ready for the next day's routes. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Strip down retail trucks Monday through Fridayremove all products and materials from trailerssweep trailersdispose of products in warehouse in accordance with trash and recycling policiesorganize empty kegs for redemption to suppliersOther warehouse duties as assigned [ restocking, cleaning, picking, etc ] Qualifications And Requirements Must be available to work the schedule 10:30am - 7pm Monday through Thursday; 9:30am - 6pm Friday1 year warehouse experience, requiredForklift certification, preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required Core Competencies Time management and organizational skillsSafety awareness and complianceAdaptability in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands And Work Environment Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truckWalking and standing on hard surfaces on a frequent basisTwo handed lifting of up to 2 cases of beer [55lbs] from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basisOccasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 0 - 105 F on a seasonal basis Repetitive manual handling of half barrels [165lbs each] , quarter barrels [ 90lbs each], and cases of beer [ 27lbs each ] EEO Statement Craft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
