Truck Driver, Regional

About the role

We are now looking for an experienced Regional Truck Driver. The successful candidate will support our Manufacturing Coagulants, Industry & Water segment in Mojave, CA. Kemira's Industry & Water segment enables our customers to improve their water treatment efficiency by providing value adding support and high performing chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Delivering bulk liquid commodities to customers
• Loading and unloading tankers
• Completing delivery paperwork
• Complying with federal, state and local regulations in regards to the safe transportation and handling of hazardous materials
• And any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3-years of experience driving tractor trailer
• Minimum 3-years of experience transporting bulk chemicals in cargo tank preferred
• Commercial drivers license with tanker and hazardous materials endorsement required
• Clean driving record (2.0 points or less)
• Basic math skills; thorough knowledge of DOT rules and regulations; and a customer service orientation

Pay

$41.65 per hour with opportunities for performance-based bonuses.
