Truck Driver/Operations Support (Webbers Falls)

About the role
Under general supervision, this role is responsible for executing a range of operational tasks critical to agronomic service delivery and facility performance, including safe and efficient transportation of agricultural inputs (fertilizers, chemicals), routine and preventive maintenance of mechanical systems and application machinery, and accurate blending and handling of bulk and packaged fertilizer materials. This position requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to operational safety and agronomic service standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and deliver fertilizers and chemicals to customers locations in compliance with safety and transport regulations
- Operate equipment to accurately blend fertilizer
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming product shipments; maintain accurate warehouse inventory
- Conduct general maintenance and housekeeping of plant equipment and facilities
- Support miscellaneous operational needs including special projects, attending company-provided training, and providing cross-functional backup as required
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required
- Must have or be willing to obtain the following endorsements upon hire:
- Hazmat Endorsement
- Tanker Endorsement
- Doubles/Triples Endorsement
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be willing and able to work agricultural industry hours as seasonal needs dictate, which may include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays
- One or more years of related experience in agricultural operations, equipment operation, or facility/warehouse work
- Working knowledge of basic farm equipment, agricultural practices, and local geography (roads, farms, field access points)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks in sequence, such as blending products, loading trucks, and completing deliveries
- Able to troubleshoot issues and make quick, practical decisions
- Comfortable with basic math and accurate counting
- Works well with others and communicates clearly
Qualifications
High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Combination of education, training, and/or experience will be considered for this position.

- This role does not offer relocation support; candidates must be local or willing to relocate independently
- Travel required: less than 10%
