Truck Driver/Operations Support 3 (Graettinger, IA)

About the role

The Simplot Company is a diverse, privately held global food and agriculture company headquartered in Boise, Idaho. As an Operations Support employee, you’ll play a key role in delivering products and services to our customers while maintaining equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fertilizer and chemicals to farms.
• Communicate effectively with customers.
• Blend fertilizer and calibrate application equipment.
• Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance, including welding and pump/engine overhauls.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and HazMat regulations.
• Lift up to 50 pounds or more as part of daily tasks.

Requirements

• Class A CDL required.
• HazMat & Tanker endorsements required.
• Must be eligible and qualified to operate commercial vehicles in interstate commerce.
• 1+ years of related experience (agriculture or equipment operation preferred).
• Ability to operate heavy equipment (sprayers, semi‑trucks, trailers).
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, mobile apps).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
