Truck Driver (M-F, 7:00am - 4:00pm)

Job Summary

This position requires the operation of a six-wheel 26ft. truck. Experience in transport is a MUST.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Loads trucks for distribution of materials.
  • Operates both powered and non-powered warehouse equipment including forklift, handtruck, electric dolly, crane or hoist and other devices.
  • Receives, documents, and makes an assessment of surplus to determine final destination.

TECHNICAL CAPABILITIES

  • Safety (Novice): The knowledge of and attentiveness to safety as well as compliance with the rules regarding safety.
  • Customer Service (Novice): A continuing focus on the needs and requirements of customers, anticipating their needs, remaining sensitive to customers while performing services for them, responsive to customer needs.
  • Warehouse Inventory (Novice): The management of the movement of inventory as well as knowledge of systems and procedures to do so.
