Immediate opportunity for local Class A CDL truck drivers. Home daily with a 5-day work week.
About the role
Drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort, equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras to ensure safety. Deliver palletized quantities of eggs using an electric pallet jack, averaging 20 to 40 stops per week. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.
Schedule
- 5-day work week: Monday–Friday
- 3:00 AM dispatch
- Home daily
Pay
- $30.99 per hour
- Overtime after 40 hours

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3-year DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential
- English language proficiency (required by federal law, 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
- Must work the required schedule and location
- Complete Penske employment application, background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history), and drug screening
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and is designated as safety-sensitive. Associates must maintain constant alertness and safe operation, accepting responsibility for their own safety and that of others.

- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
- Frequent movement: stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch/handle/feel, and reach with hands and arms
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs/45 kg
- Legally operate a motor vehicle and safely/frequently enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
