Truck Driver- Liquid Oxygen
About the role
Required to possess and maintain a Commercial Driver's License in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Department of Transportation with the HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement and is responsible for driving vehicles placarded for Oxygen. Responsible for filling equipment orders, and transfilling oxygen from a bulk tank to the truck mounted vessel, and from the truck mounted vessel to patient reservoirs. Responsible for delivering large quantities of oxygen cylinders to medical facilities. Must know and understand the rules and regulations pertaining to manufacturing and transporting of oxygen. Perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Drive vehicles placarded for Oxygen
- Fill equipment orders
- Transfill oxygen from a bulk tank to the truck mounted vessel
- Transfill oxygen from the truck mounted vessel to patient reservoirs
- Deliver large quantities of oxygen cylinders to medical facilities
- Understand and follow rules and regulations pertaining to manufacturing and transporting of oxygen
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Required: Commercial Driver's License - State of Florida with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement
- High School Graduate or Equivalent GED (nonessential)
Experience
- Preferred: 2 years DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience

- Shift Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekend Work: Occasional
