Truck Driver - Ionia, Michigan Expansion - Regional Run/Operation

About the role

Ionia Michigan Fleet Expansion - Shuttle/Regional Drivers will operate and dispatch out of our new Ionia South Location and will operate Regionally to locations within a 300 mile radius of Ionia. Drivers using Leased new tractors through Penske. All drivers home daily using Day Cab tractors.

Responsibilities

• Daily Pre and Post Trip Inspections
• Load Verification
• Load Securement, if needed
• Safe operation of the tractor and trailer in daily function and use
• Customer Service
• Communications with Management on a Daily basis
• Transport of Goods from one facility to another in a timely and safe manner
• Keeping Clean and Presentable Equipment
• Presenting Write ups for Tractor and or Trailer Maintenance needs as and when needed
• Must be able to use Electronic Logging device (ELD)
