Truck Driver - Finished Goods

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial trucks to deliver finished dairy products to customers and distribution centers
• Ensure on-time deliveries according to assigned routes and schedules
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure safe operation of equipment
• Load and unload products using appropriate material handling equipment
• Verify shipment accuracy against delivery documentation (BOLs, invoices)
• Maintain accurate logs for HOS, mileage, and compliance with DOT regulations
• Monitor product condition and temperature during transport
• Follow all safety, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of trailers (refrigerated and/or dry)
• Report delays, damages, mechanical issues, or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience (food-grade or refrigerated preferred)
• Clean driving record and ability to meet DOT requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with refrigerated equipment and temperature-controlled transport preferred
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and customer service
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and accountable
