Truck Driver Class B - Local - Pick up and Delivery - Home Every Night and Home Every Weekend

About the role

CXI Trucking is a family-owned company dedicated to providing on-time service to its customers. They are seeking experienced LTL drivers who prioritize honesty, integrity, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicle safely at all times
• Comply with DOT Driver Log, pre-trip and post trip inspections
• Label, sign and handle shipments according to DOT regulations and CXI Trucking procedures
• Verify loads, equipment and hazardous materials are secured prior to transportation
• Operational knowledge of a pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation
• Able to lift 70lbs safely
• Able to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit
• Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner

Requirements

Driver must be at least 23 years of age, have 2 years of verifiable experience driving a Class C Straight Truck, no more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year, clean MVR is a plus, valid Class B License, and must have Hazmat and Tankers Endorsement at Time of Application.
