Position Summary
This role involves local deliveries within WNY, ensuring safe operation of tractor-trailers with van trailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate tractor-trailer safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report issues
- Track and document delivery logs, mileage, and delivery details
- Load, tarp, and unload cargo as needed
- Maintain effective communication with customers and dispatch
- Handle physical workload and demonstrate a strong work ethic
Qualifications & Skills
- CDL-A license with 3+ years of experience preferred
- Dependability and good communication skills
- Ability to handle physical tasks
Additional Details
- Work involves approximately 12-hour shifts
- In-person work location in Attica, NY, with relocation required before starting
