About the role

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a safety-focused CDL Class A Company Driver to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will enjoy driving the most up-to-date equipment and earn competitive pay based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate tractor with 53' van trailer on various roads and highways throughout designated regions.
• Deliver goods from distribution centers to stores and depots within the region.
• Drive 100% drop & hook runs with minimal interaction.
• Ensure compliance with ELD, vehicle condition reports, and DOT regulations.
• Maintain communication skills and adhere to detailed instructions.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL License.
• Clean driving record with no major accidents or convictions.
• At least 1 year of all-weather driving experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and comprehend detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, shift, or arrange products as needed.
• Sitting 90%, standing or walking 3%, desk or phone work 5%, lifting/shifting/arranging product 2%.
