Compensation

Drivers are averaging $2000+ or more per week - And it gets better! Top 10% of our drivers at this location make $100k+/year!

Benefits

• Paid Training Schedule: Monday - Friday - Must be Flexible
• Per Diem Pay: $50.00 per night Overnights for Route in Ryder Booked Hotel or Sleeper
• Per Night Pay: $1 for every 3 Certifications/Endorsements
• Tenure Bonus: Pays You $1000 each year you are with the company from Nov. 1- to Oct. 31

Qualifications

• 1 year Flatbed experience required
• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Able to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Able to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

Responsibilities

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/Unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
• Performing other duties as assigned
